Terms of service

Bookings & payment

Sessions are billed in arrears each month. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in sessions being paused.

Cancellation policy

Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Sessions cancelled under 24 hours are charged in full, unless the reason is illness (a replacement slot will be offered where possible).

Safeguarding

All tutors hold enhanced DBS certificates. Our designated safeguarding lead (DSL) is named on request. Any concerns can be raised in writing to safeguarding@gradesmart.uk.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
