Your details, and what we do with them

GradeSmart Ltd (company number 16997427), trading as GradeSmart Tuition, Christ Church Roxeth, Roxeth Hill, Harrow, Greater London HA2 0JN. We are the data controller for the details you give us.

We use them only to contact you about tuition, arrange a consultation, and — if you decide to enrol — manage your child's place. We never sell them, and we never pass them to anyone for marketing.

They are a Referral Partner, and we pay them a fee if you enrol. Being upfront about that is a condition of their agreement with us.

They are not a tutor. They cannot quote you a price or take any money. And they never see your details — not your name, not your number, nothing about your child. All they are told is that someone enquired through their link.

For as long as you are with us, and then only as long as we have to for tax and accounting. If you enquire and do not enrol, we delete your enquiry after 12 months.
